“Port Ugolny”, one of the TIG’s companies, opened its navigation in Port Beringovsky on June 5. “Densa Cougar” is the first bulker of this summer, which takes about 50 thousand tonnes of coal to the Asian-Pacific Region countries.
The first load of coal was processed on the new mobile crusher Komatsu-BR380JG – it crushes coal to any size ordered by the clients.
TIG’s contractor PPK “Beringovsky” traditionally provides its fleet of 100-tonnes barges to transport coal to the bulker. Additionally, “Port Ugolny” is to use TIG’s brand-new 500-barges build within TIG’s investment plan for 2019.
Last year, TIG and its Russian affiliated companies “Beringpromugol” and “Port Ugolny” extracted 576 thousand and sold 393 thousand tonnes to the Asian-Pacific Region market – of which 214 thousand tonnes were of coking and 179 of thermal coals. According to plans of for 2019, “Beringpromugol” and “Port Ugolny” is to mine 680-750 thousand tonnes of the mineral and sell 650-720 thousand tonnes.
“Port Ugolny” expects 15-18 bulkers during the navigation season.
Tigers Realm Coal (TIG) opened the navigation season.
