By the invitation of Chukotka Governor Roman Kopin, TIG participated in the VI Congress of Chukotka indigenous small-numbered peoples.
Director General Dmitry Gavrilin, Technical Director Yevgeny Ponomaryov and Director of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection Olesya Konina visited the sections of the Congress.
On March 25, Dmitry Gavrilin presented TIG’s report on the social and environmental partnership of the Company and the region at a special meeting of the Governor council of indigenous small-numbered peoples on the topic: "On the interaction of indigenous peoples and the mining companies."
TIG presented the delegates of the Congress the range of its production and assets; volumes and plans; social and environmental responsibility projects, and implementation of the points of the Agreement with AKMNCh.
The company intends to continue to work together with the region to achieve the goals of shareholders and the well-being of the residents of Chukotka.
