"Port Ugolny" began navigation successfully despite hard ice conditions.
For the first month about 200 000 tons of cocking coal were loaded in the Beringovsky Port for export. The “hundred thousander” “Admiral Schmidt” took 102 000 tons.
Port also handled general cargo ships for the Beringovsky city and other villages, which arrive from Vladivostok.
